As part of a revised strategy related to the establishment of Enalyzer Software Inc., the main software product Enalyzer Survey Solution, will regain more attention. A larger upgade is planned for the end of 2009, but already now, ESS is upgraded with some extra features.
Is a new feature that allows to set timings on reminders in surveys. The feature is accessed by clicking on the launch link.
Based on Enalyzers concept reporting, the Enalyzer templates can be adjusted and uploaded to a user account, in order to pull PDF reports directly out of the system. Please contact Enalyzer Consulting for additional information.
Filter results on for instance completed interview in the survey and publish the results in online reports or pull the reports to Excel from ESS.
Create for instance a customer loyalty score on the basis of an average of 3 different questions in a survey. Enalyzer consulting can assist in setting these scores on a customer project in ESS. Once established in ESS users can pull out standard reports using this score. The calculated variables can be used on all answering options in a survey.
It’s now possible to login with the same username and password in all of Enalyzers applications – Enalyzer Survey Solution, Enalyzer Relationspanel and Customer Meeting RI.
Enalyzer Survey Solution is now updated with a Norwegian edition. Language editions are selected in the menu. Please choose Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or English.
